Concentrix Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition (Account Manager/Sales Agent) in Kuala Lumpur to drive end-to-end sales within a dedicated territory, manage renewals and upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

You will maintain accurate CRM data, provide regular forecasts, and handle high volumes of outbound calls and emails in English and Malay, reporting to the Sales Manager as part of a global technology and services
