You will drive outbound outreach, manage high-volume contacts, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure a professional customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to manage CRM data across weekly to quarterly forecasts.

Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer acquisition.

Ability to manage high-volume outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
Initiate steps to address customer concerns blocking satisfaction or usage.
Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
Handle a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email (outbound focus).
Collaborate with team and Sales Manager to deliver a professional customer experience.
Maintain the CRM to capture all relevant data.
Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
Report to a Sales Manager.
