You will qualify renewal leads using BANT, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SMBs, coordinate with Solution Specialists and stakeholders, and maintain data hygiene across CRM tools while meeting revenue and pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• Renewal process ownership and on-time closure.
• Qualify renewal leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across SMBs.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders.
• Maintain data hygiene in required tools and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers during the renewal process.
• Convert renewal leads into opportunities and revenue by qualifying against criteria.
• Engage with customers to determine needs and upsell opportunities.
• Understand customers' licensing position and leverage cloud technologies for renewals.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure renewals close on time.
• Demonstrate the value proposition and address competitive offerings.
