Job summary

Lazada Group in Malaysia is seeking a CRM Operations professional to own end-to-end initiatives across PUSH, Email and WhatsApp campaigns, driving DAU growth and retention. You will design localized notification flows and content across the user journey, aligning with marketing, product and tech teams to maximize impact.

The ideal candidate combines CRM and content ops experience with strong data analysis, A/B testing and a deep understanding of the Malaysia ecommerce landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with CRM or content ops experience in e-commerce.
• Excellent content ops ability to craft engaging English and Malay content.
• Result-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, data analysis and strategy optimization.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia market and in-depth knowledge of e-commerce user behavior.
• Strong team player, innovative mindset, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Lazada Malaysia CRM operations, devising and executing PUSH/Email/WhatsApp strategy E2E for DAU growth.
• Develop Localized notification framework with scenario, segment, topic, contents across user journey to enhance CRM recall efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for requests communication and campaign promotions support.
• Data analysis on push performance metrics to adjust actions and find out opportunities immediately.
• Research and explore customer insight as well market trends to initiate new solution approach together with regional ops, product and tech teams.
