• Own Lazada Malaysia CRM operations, design and execute end-to-end PUSH/Email/WhatsApp campaigns for DAU growth.
• Develop localized notification framework with scenarios, segments, topics and contents along the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate requests and support campaign promotions.
• Analyze push performance data to identify opportunities and adjust actions promptly.
• Support research and experimentation to improve CRM recall efficiency.
