ZALORA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a CRM Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

You will build segments, set up campaigns in MoEngage/Braze, analyze performance, run A/B tests, and collaborate with marketing, onsite, performance marketing, and commercial teams.

Strong communication, data literacy, and knowledge of CRM platforms are essential; experience in fashion/retail CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of at least one CRM/Marketing Automation platform (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo).
• Comfortable working with data: read dashboards, work with basic spreadsheets, interpret metrics.
