Job summary

Private Advertiser in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a CRM/digital marketing professional to manage multi-channel customer engagement campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, and In-App. You will design and optimize customer journeys, build segments, and automate campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

You will monitor performance, provide insights, and coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, IT and Operations to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, CDP, customer engagement, digital marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute customer engagement campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push and In-App.
• Build and manage customer journeys, segments and automated campaigns using the Customer Engagement Platform.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Support website and mobile app content updates, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
• Maintain and update Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across all MYDIN stores.
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, IT and Operations teams to deliver campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Ensure campaign content, schedules and customer communications are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
