Job summary

ZALORA is seeking a CRM/Retention Marketing Manager to lead the content calendar and execution of CRM campaigns across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. You will own multi‑channel campaigns (emails, push, SMS/WhatsApp) and build targeting segments based on behavior and commercial priorities.

Coordinate calendars with marketing, onsite, performance marketing and commercial teams; set up, QA, and launch campaigns in MoEngage/Braze/Iterable/Klaviyo; run A/B tests and analyze performance to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content calendar and execution of CRM campaigns (newsletters, promotions, reactivation) across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Build targeting segments based on behavior, preferences, and priorities.
• Coordinate campaign calendars with marketing, onsite, performance marketing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, launches and events.
• Set up, QA, and launch campaigns in the CRM platform (MoEngage/Braze/Iterable/Klaviyo) including audience, content, scheduling, and variants.
