Job summary

KHOO SOON LEE REALTY SDN BHD is seeking an experienced administrator to manage daily sales administration, credit control and leasing for a property development business in Johor Bahru. You will coordinate with project, sales and finance teams, ensuring documentation, billing, collection and statutory matters are processed accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a property development environment and strong knowledge of the IFCA property management system to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a property development company.
• Strong knowledge of the IFCA property management system.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales administration and credit control activities through to delivery of vacant possession, as well as leasing matters.
• Follow up and coordinate with the Project Team on the prompt issuance of architect certifications and utilities applications.
• Work with the Sales Team on daily sales status updates and with the Finance Team on cash flow, billing and collection matters.
• Ensure the correct procedures and timely processing of documents relating to Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings and collections, vacant possession and other related matters.
• Coordinate matters involving late payment interest, water and electricity deposits, and other customer or transaction requirements.
• Prepare and submit all required statutory reports and listings to local authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and follow up with loan solicitors to ensure end-financier progress loan documentation is completed and loans are disbursed within the required timeframe.
• Maintain a proper filing system and ensure all information is accurately updated and recorded in the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior and Management.
