Scudai Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Credit Administration professional to oversee and perform credit control duties within our property development operations in Johor Bahru. You will prepare billings, invoices, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance to purchasers and end-financiers.

You will manage SPA documentation, loan paperwork, and housing-related compliance. The role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and prompt communication with purchasers,

Competenze

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in Sales Admin in property development industry.
• Familiar with MHW system is a must.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage the credit administration function using the MHW system.
• Perform credit administration and credit control duties, including preparation of progressive billings, re-notice billings, invoices, and official receipts, ensuring all billings are issued accurately and within stipulated timelines to purchasers and end-financiers.
• Manage and ensure proper execution of SPA, loan documentation, and all related sales administration documentation.
• Ensure all processes and documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including sub-sale matters, refinancing cases, utilities applications, vacant possession, and transfer of titles.
• Liaise with purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors to ensure timely execution of legal documents and smooth disbursement of loan proceeds.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, 7F, and NAPIC reports in a timely and accurate manner.
