Job summary

Majestic Gen Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Credit Admin Executive to support purchaser documentation, billing, and collections within the property development loan workflow.

You will maintain purchaser records, liaise with purchasers, financiers, and solicitors, and handle SPA and loan documentation, billing, and accounting paperwork. This role suits detail-oriented, proactive individuals with a Diploma in Business Management and at least one year of credit administration experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of credit administration experience in property development.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy; knowledge of a Developer Property System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining purchaser records and updating data in the system.
• Liaising with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and related parties.
• Managing SPAs and loan documentation; issuing undertakings and admin tasks.
• Generating billings, reminders, and notices of termination.
• Following up on collections and ensuring timely payments.
• Processing receipts and accounting documents.
• Taking on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
