Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a multilingual customer support representative in Malaysia. The role handles inbound and outbound calls to verify listings, update data, and resolve queries. Fluent in English and either Thai or Mandarin is required, with a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary is up to RM4,000 total package. Employment sponsorship is not available.

• Work closely with Team Leads and team members to achieve operational targets.

Job description

This position is open exclusively to Thai and Mandarin speakers residing in Malaysia with a valid Spouse Visa or Residence Pass-Talent (RPT/RP-T).

Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be shortlisted. Employment sponsorship is not available for this role.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to RM4,000 (Total Package)
