Job summary

MVC Resources in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive (Thai Speaker) to manage daily sales transactions, reconcile AR with bank statements, and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.

You will support month-end closings, investigation of discrepancies, and provide documentation for audits, with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and 2–3 years of relevant experience; proficiency in Thai language is required, and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in AP/AR/GL or similar finance role.
• Proficiency in Thai language required with good verbal and written communication.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR and GL processes.
• Experience in month-end/year-end closing, accruals and journal adjustments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF).

Responsibilities

• Process and validate daily sales transactions from POS, e-commerce and manual records.
• Reconcile sales transactions against bank deposits and card/wallet statements.
• Record sales and receivable transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and support collection activities.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to sales and receipts.
• Prepare reconciliations and schedules for month-end closing.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales and receivable records.
• Provide supporting documents for audit and management review.
