Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AR/OTC Specialist fluent in Thai to manage day-to-day accounts receivable and order-to-cash activities. You will review customer accounts, process billing transactions, and prepare supporting documents to ensure accurate records.

You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and maintain clear financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have practical AR knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle Thai communications

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai for customer accounts and transactions.
• Practical knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
• Understanding of order-to-cash activities and billing support.
• Ability to review financial information and maintain accurate records.
• Confident in resolving account, order and billing queries with teams.
• Ability to organise transaction documents and follow procedures.
