Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a multilingual customer support representative in Malaysia. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support business verification activities.
• Contact businesses to validate and update listing information.
• Review and verify business data according to established guidelines and policies.
• Resolve customer and user queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze, update, and maintain data accuracy.
• Identify potential spam or suspicious listings and elevate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service standards.
• Work closely with Team Leads and team members to achieve operational targets.
