Job summary

Noventiq Egypt is seeking a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Solution Sales Specialist to grow Copilot adoption across EC and SMC/SMB customers. You will combine consultative selling with confident AI demos, applying Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and related AI solutions to create measurable business value.

You will lead executive-level conversations, tailor presentations to CIOs, IT teams, heads of departments and end users, and own the full sales cycle from opportunity to closure with CRM

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technology solution sales, SaaS, cloud or digital transformation.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with Enterprise and/or SMC/SMB customers.
• Experience selling Microsoft technologies and cloud/workplace solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run awareness campaigns and events to build customer interest in Copilot and AI.
• Drive adoption post-sale with rollout, enablement and change management.
• Track usage, identify low-usage areas and improve them.
• Present Copilot capabilities to executives and users with live demos.
• Manage full sales cycle with accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting.
