Job summary

Astro is seeking an experienced Manager for Enterprise AI Solutions Specialists to lead a team delivering AI-powered solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. You will drive Generative AI adoption, Copilot, and enterprise automation while aligning with governance and business objectives.

The role requires deep technical leadership, business acumen, and the ability to deploy and manage hybrid solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

• Requires Computer Science background (degree).
• Experience in business analysis and project management.
• Experience in managing development teams.
• Technical development experience and methodologies.
• Ability to document processes and write software design specifications.
• Ability to interact with vendors, users and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling AI-powered solutions across Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Drive strategic adoption of Generative AI, Copilot, Azure AI services, and enterprise automation with governance.
• Manage Hybrid Active Directory and integrate applications with enterprise identity services.
• Configure SSO and MFA; troubleshoot authentication issues.
• Monitor and maintain Azure services for performance and reliability; govern resources for security compliance.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure services; act as SME.
• Oversee on-prem Windows/Linux servers; manage compute, storage and backup; implement hardening and patching.
• Manage vendors to ensure SLA, KPI, security and contractual compliance; lead end-to-end delivery of infra and cloud projects.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions; establish best practices and reusable assets; ensure governance and data privacy.
