• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and solutions (training will be provided).
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
• Deliver professional consultancy services to clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Execute effective sales strategies and scripts, including gathering and analyzing customer requirements.
• Stay informed and updated on all products, services, and industry trends.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services to meet client needs.
• Achieve sales targets and monthly performance quotas through consistent sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of lead generation efforts and client documentation.
• Manage post-sales support and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
