Job summary

Inviso is seeking a Partner Success Specialist for Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive trial adoption across ASEAN by engaging CSP partners and resellers, enabling customer trial activation, and supporting trial-to-paid conversion. You will manage partner enablement, pipeline activities, CRM accuracy, and provide insights to improve programs, collaborating with Microsoft teams and distributors.

The role requires 2–4 years in related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in partner development, inside sales, customer success, or program operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing pipelines and outbound engagement activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage CSP partners and resellers through sessions and email.
• Deliver enablement on Copilot trial offers, activation processes, and customer qualification.
• Coach partners on identifying customer opportunities and driving trial adoption.
• Support partners with customer qualification, trial setup, and activation.
• Monitor trial progress and resolve activation or adoption blockers.
• Drive customer engagement and support trial-to-paid conversion planning.
• Manage reseller and customer pipelines from outreach through conversion.
• Maintain CRM/tracker accuracy and activation evidence.
• Monitor KPI performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Track outreach, activations, adoption, and conversion metrics.
• Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights.
• Support business reviews and continuous process improvement.
• Partner with Microsoft teams, distributors, and resellers to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate technical and operational escalations when required.
