Job summary

Inviso, Kuala Lumpur-based, is seeking a Partner Success Specialist – Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive trial adoption across ASEAN by engaging CSP partners and resellers in Malaysia.

You will enable partners on Copilot trial offers, manage activation, monitor progress, and support trial-to-paid conversions while coordinating with Microsoft teams and distributors. The role combines partner enablement with customer success to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in partner development, inside sales, customer success, channel management, or program operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing pipelines and outbound engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Activate and enable CSP partners and resellers through sessions and email communications.
• Assist with trial qualification, setup, and activation processes.
• Monitor trial progress and help resolve activation or adoption blockers.
• Manage reseller and customer pipelines from outreach through conversion.
• Provide regular performance updates and insights for stakeholders.
