Job summary

Trust Recruit in Malaysia is seeking a Coordinator to manage end-to-end customer orders and act as liaison for shipments and invoices, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. The role requires 2–3 years of trading experience and familiarity with incoterms, plus knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and inventory management.

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in trading and familiarity with incoterms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience in inventory/stock management is an advantage.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Customer Order fulfilment by liaising with the Singapore office, factories, forwarders and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Attend to customer inquiries and requests.
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents accurately.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support inventory and stock management activities.
• Serve as point of contact for shipping and invoicing matters.
• Address and escape any issues related to sales or customer logistics operations.
• Support local logistics concerning product claims.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
