Job summary

Wembs Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage orders, shipments, and documentation. You will coordinate with forwarding agents and logistics partners to ensure timely processing and accurate records, while supporting cross-department collaboration.

A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field is required, with 3–5 years of logistics experience. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP software, and the ability to work both

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Process shipments orders in a timely manner and maintain records.

Responsibility

Key Responsibilities: Core Task

Handling orders and shipments processing including import, export & local shipments arrangement and documentation e.g: packing list, pro-forma invoice, customs forms, health certificate, and certificate of origin etc.
Coordinate with forwarding agents for shipment booking and preparation of shipping documents, as well as logistic company for transportations arrangement.
Process shipments order in a timely manner.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse, custom officers etc for export orders

Supporting task

perform and update data in excel from time to time
Basic admin job e.g: ad hoc duties like update GST

Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is required, with preference for candidates with formal operations or logistics education.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain coordination, preferably in distribution or manufacturing industries.

Technical Skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and capable of handling order processing, inventory coordination using ERP software

Core Competencies

Must be highly detail-oriented with strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage end-to-end order fulfillment efficiently.

Personal Attributes

Must be organized, responsible, calm under pressure, and able to work across departments with a strong sense of ownership.

Language Requirement

Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English, with Mandarin speaking ability preferred and considered a strong advantage.
