Qualificações

• Degree from technical, trade, or vocational school required.
• At least 3 years related culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare special meals or substitutions and adjust oven temps as needed.
• Thaw frozen foods and portion/plate according to standards.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, and assist during busy periods.
• Follow recipes, quality standards, presentation, and checklists.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching as required.
• Adhere to safety, security, and grooming policies; report accidents or issues.
• Communicate guest service needs clearly and support team members.
