Job summary

KCJ Engineering in Selangor seeks aContract administrator to manage contracts for engineering, maintenance and infrastructure projects. You will prepare tender documents, cost estimates, BOQ and evaluate quotations, supporting cost comparisons and negotiations.

Monitor project costs, variations and claims to ensure budget alignment; prepare progress claims and invoices; coordinate with site teams, procurement and finance for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in QS or related field.
• 2–5 years of contract administration experience in engineering/infra projects.
• Strong knowledge in cost estimation, contract management and variation claims.
• Familiar with Malaysian contract practices and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing contracts for engineering, maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, cost estimates and BOQ.
• Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and support cost comparison and negotiation.
