Job summary

HCK Capital Group is seeking a proactive professional to assist in pre- and post-contract administration for construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will support policy implementation, maintain contractual records, and help register and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and vendors according to project needs.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Preferably with those more than 3 years of experience.
• Preferably with those experience in pre-qualification exercises, tender bids, and preparing quotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing all policies, activities and procedures as required by management.
• Maintain complete records & documents related to project contractual matters.
• Register Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors based on discipline upon receiving profiles.
• Source construction materials/products.
• Prepare payment certificates to contractors.
• Process Consultant’s fee claims.
• Assist/undertake other tasks as required.
• Liaise with consultants on tender documents and schedules.
