Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Technical Engineer – Non UNIX (Contract) to drive project roll-out, installation, and successful implementation within schedule. The candidate will focus on the customer’s IT infrastructure for ongoing enhancement and provide onsite support, troubleshooting and resolution.

Further duties include preventive maintenance, after-hours standby on a rotation basis, and ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication; Mandarin is an advantage.
Willingness to travel and own transport required.
Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced IT environment and user requirements.

Responsibilities

Carry out project roll-out, installation and ensure successful implementation within schedule.
Focus on customer IT infrastructure for further enhancement.
Perform onsite support, troubleshooting and resolution.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Provide after office hours offsite standby (rotation basis) if needed.
Ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
