CTC Global Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Technical Engineer – Non UNIX (Contract) to drive project roll-out, installation, and successful implementation within schedule. The candidate will focus on the customer’s IT infrastructure for ongoing enhancement and provide onsite support, troubleshooting and resolution.
Further duties include preventive maintenance, after-hours standby on a rotation basis, and ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.
Carry out project roll-out, installation and ensuring successful implementation of projects within schedule
Focus on key customer’s IT infrastructure for further enhancement
Perform onsite support, troubleshooting and resolution
Perform preventive maintenance
Provide after office hours offsite standby (rotation basis) if deemed fit
Ensure SLAs are met, and customer satisfaction achieved
Obtain job related Industry Certification(s) for principal partnership requirement
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Possess good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Fluent in English and possess good written and verbal communication skills. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
Flexible and able to adjust to the fast-paced IT environment and user requirements
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
