Qualifications

• Possess good interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced IT environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printers, and network.
• Diagnose common problems and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Assist with installation, configuration, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Support new deployments, relocations, and project rollouts.
• Ensure all tasks meet SLA requirements for high customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and service records.
• Participate in structured training and mentorship opportunities.
• Pursue relevant certifications and continuous learning.
