The Contract Executive is responsible for managing project costs, contract administration, and commercial matters for interior design and fit-out projects, while ensuring accurate budget control and effective coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions for interior design and fit-out projects.
Advise on suitable and effective strategies, methodologies, and best practices in tender pricing.
Responsible for verifying and cost-controlling all suppliers, subcontractors, workers, and related parties, including project claims and expenses within the approved budget.
Prepare pre- and post-project budgets, progress claims, projected cash flows, tender documentation, and final accounts.
Ensure all progress claims, certifications, and invoices to clients are issued on a timely basis.
Monitor all contractual records with clients and suppliers to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests at all times.
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
Assist in daily project site operations and ensure documentation is aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Must be willing to travel outstation as per project needs.
Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS), preferably in Interior Design (ID), Fit-Out, or Renovation contractor industry.
Strong understanding of tendering, costing, and contract administration.
Good negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic contract documentation.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
