Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Contract Executive/Quantity Surveyor to manage budgets, contracts and ensure timely delivery of projects in Negeri Sembilan. You will support pre- and post-contract activities and coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and has 2+ years' experience, with proficiency in MS Office, project documentation and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction or any related field.
• At least 2 years experience in quantity surveying / contract executive (pre-contract and post-contract roles).
• Willing to go project sites when necessary.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost analysis
• Assist in the preparation of pre (tender) and post contract process as assigned
• Familiar and able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultant, Sub-Contractor and Site personnel
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractor claims, site valuation, variation and final account
• Controlling material usage on-site with project budget
• To assist other related task required
