Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Selangor. You will manage project costs, prepare quotations, and support commercial aspects of our office interior fit-out projects from tender through to completion.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of materials and costing, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in office interior fit-out / design & build projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office

• Source quotations & liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare project cost comparison & cost analysis
• Monitor project budgets, variations & overall project costs
• Prepare variation orders & final accounts
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors & project teams
