Responsible for taking off quantity and tender documents preparation according to project needs.
Liaison with Client and to work with QS consultant for tender documents preparation for major project.
Prepare tender strategy and planning and to advise the Client for the suitable tender approach.
Collaboration with Project and Business Development Department for new leads.
Prepare monthly progress claims and progress payments for contractors and consultants.
Contract administration e.g. prepare monthly cost report, update construction cost and material cost database, cashflow, payment forecast and others contract related documentation.
Prepare assessment of variation orders and advise to the Client.
Calling of quotations to suppliers/ sub-contractors/ consultants.
Control and manage budget for projects assigned.
Provide suggestion for value engineering based on available cost data.
Prepare final account.
Attend site meeting or site visit for claim verification when necessary.
Any others duties that may assigned from time to time by the management.
Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Comprehensive knowledge on construction contract, ie PAM contract, FIDIC, JTC, etc.
At least 8 years of experience preferably Quantity Surveying in Consulting or Contracting firm.
Believing honesty and integrity are important values
Responsible, highly motivated, initiatives, results oriented, independent and able to work within tight datelines.
Familiar with Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and Excel.
Willing to travel domestically if required.
