Job summary

URBAN GREEN LANDSCAPE SDN BHD is seeking a Contract Executive/QS (Landscape Construction) to manage tenders and contracts. Based in Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh, you will prepare costing, progress claims, and reports, while monitoring performance and resolving issues with project teams and clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in contract management or quantity surveying, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Travel and own transport are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise contract documents.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork attitude.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As a Contract Executive/QS, you will be responsible for managing and administering construction tenders/contracts to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of tenders/projects. This full-time position is based in Saujana Utama, Sungai buloh.
