Master Mansion Design Sdn Bhd invites a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Selangor. You will assist in take-off quantities from drawings and specs, support building up rates, cost estimation, and prepare Bills of Quantities for diverse projects.
You will compile tender documents, prepare variation orders, monitor costs and progress claims, and liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver accurate project outcomes.

Assist in taking-off quantities from drawings and specifications for various trades.
Support in building up rates, cost estimation, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Compile and prepare tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Preparation of Letter of Award to Sub-Contractors.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to gather required information for tender submissions.
Prepare cost comparison summaries, evaluating supplier/subcontractor, design quotations, and material / technical references for project evaluation.
Support the HOD (Head of Department) in monitoring project costs, variations, and progress claims.
Providing advice on contractual claims and preparation and verification of claims when necessitating.
Preparation of Variation Order, Construction Budget and Final Account and contract close-out documents.
Preparing of project costing and budgeting when necessitating.
Assist in preparing valuation reports, cost updates, and documentation for ongoing projects.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver results when necessitating.
Work with the finance team to manage project payments and monthly cash flow projections when necessitating.
Perform any others work related to QS task, taking off, prepare BQ, tendering, claim, negotiated and planning for the project etc.
Help maintain proper contract documentation, records, and filing systems.
Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors on contract-related matters.
Assist in preparing reports on contract status and project updates.
Undertake other tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Technology, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or related fields.
Good understanding of construction drawings, measurement methods, and contract administration.
Familiar with the entire pre and post contract administration flow an added advantage.
Highly motivated, independent and able to work within tight datelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Construction Management System and other relevant software.
Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
