Job summary

URBAN GREEN LANDSCAPE SDN BHD is seeking a Contract Executive/QS (Landscape Construction) to manage tenders and contracts. Based in Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh, you will prepare costing, progress claims, and reports, while monitoring performance and resolving issues with project teams and clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in contract management or quantity surveying, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Travel and own transport are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise contract documents.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork attitude.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Involving in tender preparation and submissions.
• Preparing costing, progress claims, progress reports for meetings and other documents required for ongoing projects.
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborating with project managers, site teams, and clients to resolve contractual issues.
• Providing guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.
• Travel as required for site reviews and client meetings.
