Job summary

URBAN GREEN LANDSCAPE SDN BHD is hiring a Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive based in Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh. You will manage tenders and contracts to ensure timely project delivery, and prepare costing, progress claims and reports for ongoing projects.

Key duties include monitoring contract performance, resolving issues with project managers and clients, and guiding project teams on contractual matters. 1-3 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying.
• Able to work independently and with good teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to draft clear contract documents.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Quantity Suveyor (Landscape Construction)

As a Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive, you will be responsible for managing and administering construction tenders/contracts to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of tenders/projects. This full-time position is based in Saujana Utama, Sungai buloh.

What you'll be doing

Involving in tender preparation and submissions

Preparing costing, progress claim, progress report for meeting and other document required for on going project

Monitoring contract performance and compliance to identify and resolve any issues

Collaborating with project managers, site teams, and clients to resolve contractual issues.

Providing guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry

Able to work independently and good teamwork attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise contract documents

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Willing to travel and possess own transport.
