ECONPILE (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a qualified professional to assist in contracts and cost management for its construction projects in Malaysia. The role supports budgets, variations, and record-keeping to ensure projects meet specifications and timelines.
The candidate should have a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and 2–3 years of experience in construction contract administration, with strong communication and MS Office skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Preferably 2–3 years’ experience in construction contract administration.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsabilités
- Assist in handling contracts and cost matters for construction projects to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Prepare and review quotations and awards.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and progress claims.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on contract matters.
- Monitor project costs and variations.
- Keep proper records of contracts and related documents.
