Job summary

Elite Alliance Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to support cost control, contract administration, and site coordination. You will prepare progress claims, LOAs, and interim certificates, while assisting in QS tasks and maintaining timely, accurate documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years of QS experience, a relevant degree or diploma, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. You will engage with site personnel and attend project meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Willing to attend site meetings and project-related meetings when required.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

This role involves preparing and submitting monthly progress claims to the Main Contractor, preparing Letters of Award and Interim Certificates for subcontractors, and assisting in Quantity Surveying and contract administration works. You will monitor project and construction site progress, liaise with site personnel, and attend meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other parties as required.
