Job summary

IJM Group's Industry Division is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contractual obligations, manage client relationships, mitigate risk and ensure compliance while supporting business growth across Malaysia.

You will source, interview and nominate suitable subcontractors and issue LOAs, align with Contract Department Procedures, and build a strong subcontractor network in architectural finishing, civil and M&E.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in Construction Contract Department or QS.
• At least 5-7 years of working experience.
• Network with subcontractors, especially in architectural finishing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and nominate suitable subcontractors and issue LOA to subcontractors.
• Comply with Contract Department Procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a strong subcontractor network and manage subcontractor/staff relationships.
• Demonstrate teamwork, communication, high commitment and energy.

What We Offer:

Medical coverage: Up to RM2,000 (single) / RM4,000 (married), including optical, dental, chiropractic & TCM.

Annual Leave: 18 days for Non-executive and above (with up to 5 days carry-forward).

EPF Contribution: Additional 1% of EPF contribution rate by employer after 3 years of service (up to an additional 5% of contribution rate by employer)
