Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years’ experience to prepare quotations and proposals for clients on a project basis. You will lead coordination with site teams and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with plans and budgets.

You will study contracts, purchase orders, and LOAs, and lead product design discussions with site teams and clients to realise the company’s vision. Regular updates to senior management and performing ad-hoc duties are also expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/advanced degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience is valued.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge of computer software including AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Project.

• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients on a project basis.
• Prepare main contractor and sub-contractor claims.
• Coordinate with the site team and sub-contractors regarding site progress.
• Study contracts, purchase orders and LOAs.

• Report progress to senior management on schedule basics.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Prepare a Quotation and Proposal for our system by project basis to the Client.

To prepare main contractor and sub-contractor claims.

To coordinate with the site team and sub-contractor regarding site progress.

To study contract, purchase order and LOA.

To Lead & Coordinate in terms of product design with Site Team and Client, in order to achieve company's vision and aims together

Reporting in schedule basic to the senior.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering.

2-3 years of working experience in the related field is value added.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Works, Autocad 2D&3D, and Microsoft Project).
