Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a versatile Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive/Project Executive to join our team in Negeri Sembilan. You will manage budgets and contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in pre/post-contract roles, with proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and good English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Willingness to travel to project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in QS/contract roles (pre/post-contract).
• Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office, project documentation, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost analysis
• Assist in the preparation of pre and post contract process as assigned
• Familiar and able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities
• Liaise and coordinate with Client, Consultant, Sub-Contractor and Site personnel
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractor claims, site valuation, variation and final account
• Prepare for monthly progress report
• Controlling material usage on-site with project budget
• To assist other related task required
