Job summary

TS&T Capital Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable professional to support contract administration, tendering, and cost management on construction projects in Malaysia. You will prepare tenders, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities, then monitor material needs and delivery schedules on site.

Responsibilities include interpreting contract documents, attending progress meetings, and handling pre/post-contract duties while coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate quotations and

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant certificate or diploma, or degree; SPM with related field experience acceptable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for trainee roles.
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project tenders, costing, budgets and estimates including Bills of Quantities.
• Estimate building materials and take site measurements; coordinate delivery schedule.
• Interpret contract and tender documents and attend monthly progress meetings on site.
• Handle pre- and post-contract duties and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare variation orders and finalise project accounts with the project team.

• 1.Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties.
• 2.Preparation of project tender, costing, budget, and estimates including Bills of Quantities.
• 3.To perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements
• 4.Coordinate materials and equipment delivery schedule.
• 5.Interpret contract and tender documents.
• 6.To attend monthly progress meeting on site.
• 7.Able to handle pre & post contract duties and site operation.
• 8.To perform any other task assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• 9.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that comprehensive and consistent quotation are received.
• 10.Prepare variation order cost and finalize project accounts together with the Project Team.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Process a certificate/Diploma/Degree and preferable in related field, or SPM with min 1-2 years working experience in M&E services.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
