Job summary

TimesConsult in Malaysia is seeking a Civil Engineer to prepare quotations and proposals for projects, coordinate with site teams and sub-contractors, and study contracts, POs and LOAs to ensure alignment with client needs.

You will lead in product design coordination with site and client, report progress to seniors, and undertake ad-hoc duties as required. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years' experience preferred; English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is value added.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Works, Autocad 2D&3D, and Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals for our system on a project basis to clients.
• Prepare main contractor and sub-contractor claims.
• Coordinate with site team and sub-contractor regarding site progress.
• Study contracts, purchase orders and LOA.
• Lead & coordinate in product design with site team and client to achieve company vision and aims.
• Report progress on schedule basics to the senior.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
