Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking candidates to handle general nutrition enquiries and provide resolutions to consumers via phone, social media, emails and live chat. Fresh graduates are welcome; 2 years' experience in customer service is an advantage.

You will join a global BPO with strong learning and development plans and a flexible working arrangement. The role emphasizes excellent telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and clear communication in English and the supporting market language.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication; additional market language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle general or nutrition enquiries and provide resolutions via phone, social media, emails and live chat.
• Perform outbound calls to follow up on consumer enquiries and provide resolutions or updates.
• Follow up on consumer queries in a timely manner.
• Attend and meet key responsibilities within turnaround times set by the Company.
• Contribute to continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
