Job summary

TDCX in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a nutrition customer support role. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, social media and live chat, providing timely resolutions and outbound follow-ups to customers in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling enquiries.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including shifts when required.
• Experience in customer service or contact centre is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle general nutrition enquiries, provide resolutions to consumers via phone, social media, emails and live chat.
• Perform outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and provide resolutions or updates.
• Follow up on consumer queries in a timely manner.
• Attend and meet key responsibilities within turnaround times set by the Company.
• Carry out any other duties assigned to support Quality Management System.
