We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the coordination and delivery of projects from planning through execution. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are well coordinated, properly documented and delivered in accordance with agreed timelines.
The role involves a combination of project administration, site coordination, progress monitoring and reporting, with regular site visits as required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and taking initiative to identify and resolve project issues.
Conduct regular site visits and site-based duties as required to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, deliverables and key milestones.
Identify project risks, delays, discrepancies or other issues and escalation them promptly to the relevant parties.
Follow up on outstanding matters and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
Provide practical recommendations and support the implementation of solutions to address project issues.
Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports as required.
Maintain proper records of project activities, progress, correspondence, meetings and key decisions.
Track project timelines, deliverables and action items to support timely project completion.
Compile and present relevant project information and updates to management and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing project-related presentations, reports and other documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, external stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Coordinate meetings, site meetings and discussions, including preparation of agendas, minutes and action-item trackers.
Follow up with relevant parties on outstanding action items and ensure timely closure.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow between project stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the project team.
Assist with project planning, scheduling and other project-related activities.
Support management in ad-hoc assignments, special projects and urgent matters as required.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned in support of project objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site coordination, project administration, project management or a related role.
Experience in construction, property development, engineering or related industries will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel to and work on project sites as required.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
Proactive and solutions-driven, with the ability to identify issues and take appropriate action.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

1-year contract, renewable annually
