Right Recruit Malaysia seeks a Civil Engineering/Construction Management professional to supervise site activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure work follows plans, drawings, specifications and schedules, and coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure works are carried out according to project plans, drawings, specifications and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets the required quality standards.
Identify and assist in resolving site and technical issues.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates and project documentation.
Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety and environmental requirements.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and outstanding matters.
Follow up with relevant parties to ensure issues are resolved within the required timeline.
Assist the Project Manager / Site Manager with overall project coordination and execution.
Ensure construction works are completed on time, within specifications and according to quality requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Preferably 1-3 years of relevant site experience.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and technical drawings.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to coordinate effectively with contractors and different project stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site.
Willing to travel / work on construction sites when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
