Job summary

Requirements include a Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification and at least 2 years on-site coordination, ability to read drawings, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2+ years of working experience in construction site coordination or project administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong on-site problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control daily site operations to maintain workflow.
• Ensure work complies with structural drawings, specs and standards within budget.
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery and quality handover to clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily site progress reports and essential project docs.
• Coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants to resolve daily site issues.
