Job summary

YUTEL CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD is seeking a Site Coordinator to support construction projects across Peninsular Malaysia. You will coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage material deliveries and on-site equipment, maintain DOs and receipts, and support documentation control.

The role requires 1–3 years in site operations, or fresh graduates with potential, with English and Mandarin proficiency; Bahasa Malaysia an advantage.

Qualifications

• Education and language requirements as specified: SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in relevant fields; good command of English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia an asset.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site operations or M&E projects preferred; fresh graduates with potential are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp for daily reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage delivery schedules of materials and site machinery.
• Verify, receive, and track all Delivery Orders and material receipts on site.
• Document Control & Records Management: organize, classify, and archive project documents including drawings, DOs, invoices, safety certificates, and inspection reports.
• Assist in compiling subcontractor claims, daily site records, and worker entry/exit documentation.
• General Site Administration: oversee daily admin duties at the site office and record Minutes of Meeting; follow up on actions; assist in coordinating tasks.
• Be willing to relocate/outstation across project sites in Peninsular Malaysia as required.
