Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring all work progresses according to project schedules and timelines.
• Maintaining comprehensive site documentation, records, and project files.
• Liaising between site team, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication.
• Monitoring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Assisting in the coordination of material deliveries and ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
• Preparing site reports and progress documentation for project managers and clients.
• Supporting the resolution of on-site issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Assisting with site inductions and safety briefings for new personnel.
• Maintaining accurate records of site attendance, timesheets, and daily logs.
• Coordinating meetings and site visits with relevant stakeholders.
